COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION OF A BARN IN LA COLLE-SUR-LOUP

Starting from a raw former barn in La Colle-sur-Loup, our company carried out a complete renovation to transform this building into a modern, high-performance apartment. Work began with a full strip-out and demolition phase, followed by floor excavation and the installation of all underground networks: drainage, plumbing and electrical conduits. The structure was entirely overhauled, walls treated and lined, and the roof framework reinforced. All second-fix work was then completed: thermal and acoustic insulation, partitioning, creation of steel and glass partitions, installation of joinery, screed, natural stone tiling and finishes. A full end-to-end project, from groundworks to finishing touches, carried out in La Colle-sur-Loup in the Alpes-Maritimes.

APARTMENT RENOVATION IN NICE

Complete renovation of an apartment located on Boulevard Gambetta in Nice. This project represented a full transformation of the property, carried out from start to finish by our company. Work began with a careful and methodical demolition phase: removal of all existing finishes, demolition of partition walls, and stripping out of the outdated plumbing and electrical installation. Once the structure was fully exposed, all networks were completely replaced: new compliant electrical installation, creation and repositioning of plumbing and drainage networks, installation of conduits and electrical panels. Masonry work then allowed the spaces to be restructured: creation and removal of partition walls, floor restoration, chasing and filling. The second-fix phase brought together the full range of our expertise: laying of high-end tiling with precision grouting, plastering and painting, fabrication and installation of staff plasterwork elements, and careful interior finishing. Every stage was carried out with rigour to deliver a result that met our client's exacting standards. A project completed in the heart of Nice, in the Gambetta district, demonstrating our company's expertise in complete renovation across the Alpes-Maritimes.

Complete renovation of a high-end apartment in the heart of Nice, in the Masséna district. Work began with a full demolition phase: removal of all existing finishes, demolition of partition walls, and stripping out of the outdated plumbing and electrical installation. All networks were then completely replaced: new compliant electrical installation with integrated lighting, creation and repositioning of plumbing and drainage networks. Masonry work allowed the spaces to be restructured: creation and removal of partition walls, floor restoration, chasing and filling. The second-fix phase brought together the full range of our expertise: laying of herringbone parquet flooring, creation of an interior steel and glass partition, complete bathroom fit-out, plastering and high-end finishing. VILLA RENOVATION IN VENCE

Complete renovation of a detached villa in Vence: removal of existing floors and laying of large-format travertine throughout all interior spaces, replacement of all exterior joinery with black aluminium sliding doors and windows, replastering of walls and ceilings, redistribution of partition walls to create open spaces, construction of the swimming pool from reinforced concrete slab with block masonry and waterproofing, creation of a masonry bench on the terrace and laying of travertine on the pool surround. A turnkey project combining structural work, second-fix and high-end finishes.
